That’s why scheduling a home inspection even on a brand-new build, is one of the smartest decisions you can make.

Why Inspect a New Home?

Even the best builders can make mistakes. Tight construction timelines, subcontractor miscommunication, or overlooked details can lead to significant issues, including:

2. 11-Month Warranty Inspection

Most builders provide a 12-month warranty on new homes. Our 11-month inspection is designed to catch any issues before that warranty runs out. Here's what we do:
